My 17 year old daughter paid just under £35 including insurance for a broken TV to be returned to Amazon via Tuffnells, booked through interparcel. Invoice raised showing clearly the collection and delivery address, TV collected and then 5 weeks later after suspicion of loss it arrived back on our doorstep with both Interparcel and Tuffnells stating they cannot deliver to Amazon. I booked a delivery and collection with this company three weeks ago for a next day collection and thdn delivery to my address the day after. Do not use this company. I paid to have a Parcel delivered. After 1 month the parcel has still not been delivered. They are now asking me to pay a second time to do what they should have done the first time. They do not listen to complaints and do not try to resolve issues. I presume their responses are automated as they respond with set phrases without taking into consideration the issues raised. I have deliberately omitted the tracking number but have printed off the miserable result of using this mode of delivery. The time taken to deliver my parcel to my grandchildren is unacceptable and whoever is responsible for the delay should take a few moments to think about the awful service they provide. Interparcel are THE worst courier booking company. We have proof of a driver forging a customer's signature to say a parcel was delivered, which has now been classed as lost and another parcel that was lost, which they denied had been collected from our premises; until we provided proof on our CCTV. A parcel going to Italy was delayed; we were not informed and now have to pay AGAIN to have it delivered. Avoid! Pay the extra and send with a decent courier. I got a £68 charge for sending an item only worth £50!! Because I had no ‘photographic’ evidence to prove I had measured it correctly they slammed me with the charge! Constantly harassing me with threatening letters, texts & emails, everyday! sent a parcel via Interparcel last Wednesday same day, business to business . they attemped delivery just before 8pm , the business shuts at 6pm like most , so they took my parcel back to citysprint . They have not informed me that this has happened and now to get my own parcel back thet want £57.99 plus vat to py citysprint and a further £16.99 to interparcel . “Inefficient process, lack of communication”

I advised on the shipping instructions that I would not be at home during working hours but would be at home for delivery any time after 5:20. I regularly checked their tracking site, only to see an update posted in the evening that delivery was attempted that afternoon without success. I was immediately on the phone as soon as the update posted and was informed that no delivery times (such as after 5:20) could be guaranteed. Fair enough. Large order sent to the USA and arrived with boxes torn open and damaged items. Interparcel are refusing to payout on a legitimate insurance claim, even after following their packing instructions to the letter. The claim department have long delays in responding to emails - sometimes not responding at all. On investigation we discovered many other similar complaints, this appears to be company policy. Interparcel should be wiped out from the business arena. They are a cheap middle man with no customer's commitment or ethics. I booked them for 3 suit cases. With all correct measurements, I paid in full by direct debit card for the 2 days delivery service.
