Was not expecting too much and especially when we went in, we were the only people in there. But actually turned out to be a fantastic meal for 4 adults and 4 children for less than £10 each including a few drinks.

Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful (none of them english by the way!)

My wife had a mushroom risotto which was fantastic, and would put some high end italian places to shame.

Very nice house red, and the revelation was the selection of breads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Will definitely go again soon.

This is the third time we have eaten at Prezzos in beccles as my parents live in the town. We live in Henley and are perhaps spoilt for choice, but on each time we have been to this restaurant the food has been very disappointing and the service third rate. I also find the cost quite high for the type of dishes served. Would not go back anymore.

Food used to be good although now is poor and seriously overpriced. The service was pathetic and waiting staff were seriously miserable.

The drinks are a rip off-small wine (175cl) nearly £5.00 a glass. Toilets are not that clean in the Maidstone branch

Food was tasteless and when tried to discuss withthe waiter they didnt want to know- almost a 'take it or leave it' attitude. Sad really.

quick , friendly service. Took 3 children with me aged 5,7 and 10 and they all loved the food and kids activity. Large kids portions; well worth the money ( THEY ALL HAD PIZZA). I had the salmon pasta- gorgeous!!! Would def go back. Toilets perfectly clean- the best decorated i have EVER SEEN!!

Took my daughters for a birthday meal to the Prezzo in South Woodford. We started with bruschetta and garlic breads which where just bits of flat bread with small amounts of garlic and cheese in the middle very dry and very hard! Not a good start. We then had pizzas and a chargrilled chicken ceaser salad. We had to wait a while and then we were presented with cold pizzas with a small amount of cheese in the middle and tonnes of tomato puree. I was lucky to find an extra ingredient of a hair in my salad. We all stopped eating and after me telling the waitress there was a hair in my food, all I got in return was oh! I will never return to this place. The food is just unacceptable!

We visited Prezzo after a long time - Most of the staff were unfriendly, and we were charged for items we did not asked for. Although the food was quite tasty (apart from a big stalk of red pepper with seeds in my salad) the service was very poor. We also noticed some of the tables were dirty and looked as if they had not been cleaned from the previous night. At the end of our meal we felt very dissapointed and cheated! Such a shame as our previous expereince of Prezzo (Christchurch branch) was good.

Regular visiter of this restaurant never been always good, the kids love it and better value than pizza hut . The manager deserves a special mention.

Resturaunt in Winchester is lovely, old building, nice setting, quiet & romantic. Set off the high street, service was quick and friendly, and food was nice. Bit overpriced, but nice as a one off. Good selection of food & drink avalible. Would reccomend this resturaunt- they seem a bit hit and miss, but winchester is definately one of the nicer branches. Best resturaunt for Italian food in the area. Best to book a day or so in advance.

Poor. Wouldn't recommend to others. Formerly a regular visitor 2-3 times per month. Used to be good, gone bad. Tonight there was unpleasant burnt food and "couldn't care less attitude". The waitress knew the food was burnt because she didn't ask if everything was ok as per usual and avoided eye contact. When I complained, she merely said ok, no apology, no interest, no attempt to make better. Same poor response when I spoke to the cashier. Avoid.

We were very happy to go to the Prezzo restaurant in Leatherhead as it was right next to the Theatre we were visiting afterwards. The food was good, the service fast. However there was an incident with the manager( I think he was the manager)which spoilt our whole evening. My son popped in with his partner to say hello before we joined them at the theatre, as we had not quite finished our meal, we told them to pull up a couple of chairs and join us for a few minutes. Wherupon the manager started to create a big fuss, saying that the table was only for two and that we must all move to another table. We explained that they were not going to eat, ( although they would have been quite happy to buy a couple of drinks ) there was plenty of room, the restaurant was not crowded where we were sitting, yet he continued to harrass us until my son had had enough and they left to get a drink at the theatre. My husband went to put something in our car, and I paid with my credit card, seeing me alone the manager approached me again and started to complain again. I really could not see his problem, he was just a "jobsworth". His nasty attitude stayed with me for the rest of the evening, so I would not reccomend people to visit this particular branch!!

The first time I went to a prezzo was in bournmouth and I love it, it was really delicious and the service was served with a smile. Because of that amazingly fantastic restaurant, I've gone to Prezzos in other places, which all live up to my great expectations, but I did enjoy the Prezzo in Bournmoth, it was lovely to be over looking the beach.
The food was great, and it was good for all ages.

We eat in quality restaurants and hotels across the country on a regular basis. Prezzo in Spalding has become a regular choice when we want a reasonably-priced meal with good service and pleasant surroundings. We have not been disappointed after 20 or so meals here. Despite being part of a large chain, food is very good (and so much better than the local Frankie and Benny's!),service always careful and attentive and there is a relaxing ambiance (even the piped music is better than most!). Their regular offers do make meals here very reasonable, but we don't need the vouchers to attract us.

Having enjoyed a lovely lunch at Prezzos in Maldon, Essex i advised my brother to have his family leaving meal there one evening. I really wish i hadn't. The waiting staff were moody, in attentive and to be honest quite rude. The food portions were smaller than before (maybe because we used some of those vouchers?) and i had the mozerella starter which tasted like cheap / poor quality ingediants were used. Won't be returning.
