Took my family here for a meal recently and we had a great time. Food was delicious (especially the honeycomb cheesecake)! They were very kiddie friendly and there was a lovely atmosphere. Will def be going back!

Firstly they accept Taste card which is great and secondly they have great choices. I really loe Prezzo and I visited when I was in London I really wish that there was one near me. Fantastic freshly made pizzas which can be made healthier or bigger (like roman style where the dough is stretched out). Fantastic.

“poor kids menu”

SHEFFIELD BRANCH -Adult food lovely but kids menu poor. My son hated the bambinocchino. 'hot cows milk with a tiny sprinkling of chocolate'. Don't waste to money.

“awful awful staff”

Never go back to this branch! Unfortunately a waitress dropped a tray load of drinks on my jacket which was dry clean only and brand new, although the waitress apologised and ran off, no-one came to see if we were ok. I was very annoyed about this and about my jacket which was stained with orange juice, beer and wine, i approached one of the managers (the male manager) who at first told me his english wasnt very good but then gave me head offices card to ring them to tell them about the problem. (No offer of discount on meal, free drinks, nothing) I did as the manager said and head office said they had not heard about this incident and I had to speak to the enfield manager again. To cut a long story short, i called head office and the enfield manager several times, everytime he was not there or he answered and said it was not him even though i politely argued that i knew it was him. Head office said as the enfield manager had no recollection of this incident that they could not do anything (even though i said i could produce my bill to prove i was in the enfield branch). Got so sick of this ringin up, taking up my time i left it, paid £50 to dry clean my coat which has never been the same since. I wasnt so bothered about my coat, i was just absolutely stunned that Prezzo would employ such an awful careless manager. I must say though when looking on the internet i found out that the prezzo group also own Chimichanga which is also god awful restaurant, so no surprise really. Also say no to the offered olives, they are not complimentary like free bread etc you'd usually get in other restaurants! Cheeky tactics!

“Tasteless ,bland,dull!”

This is my 2nd time at Prezzos.First time I had the tiger prawns with chilli,nearly blew my head off, I don't mind hot and spicy food but that took some beating,you couldn't taste anything for hours afterwards!!! Last night had the Carbonara which was as dry as anything and very bland and then the tiramisu for dessert which is my absolute favourite. That again was extremely dry and bland in fact I think they would be better off getting their tiramisu from Sainsburys ,theirs is much nicer!! it's sad to say but I have had better Itailan meals at an English pub. To be fair customer service was good and the restaurant nice but more importantly I want good food which I just didn't get !!!

“Bland Bland Bland Bland Bland - you get the...”

We sat in the window at Prezzos in Sheffield but were too cold so moved nearer the bar where we had to tolerate waiters/waitresses walking within a couple of inches of our table every few seconds. Still cold and had to put our coats on. Ordered a bottle of wine - Trebbiano quite good at £14ish so people complaining on here about the cost of a glass should get their minds in gear and buy a bottle Had a couple of starters but they lacked the sharpness in taste of our only previous visit - tolerable though and we didn't have to wait too long. Polish waitress very pleasant and considerate. The main courses were a complete disaster. I had Spaghetti Bolognese which was utterly tastless and didn't contain anything you could respectably call meat. I really mean - NO MEAT - and utterly bland. My wife, a vegetarian, had some pasta with goat's cheese - again utterly tastelss. We sent both dishes back and declined any further food. We ended up with a bill of about 25 quid - they cancelled the main courses - but tipped the waitress because it wasn't her fault things were so bad. Wouldn't go again if they sent me 50 quids worth of vouchers. Oh maybe I would and just buy the wine.

“Would not recommend unless you can spare a few hours!”

Positives Clean open space, the kitchen is open so can see the chefs cooking, nice atmosphere not too loud or quiet, great location for a bite to eat before/after the cinema, we were greeted straight away and taken to a table within a couple of minutes Negatives As the restaurant filled it was clear that they did not have sufficient staff, we waited 30 minutes before our order was taken subsequently waiting a further 30 minutes before we received our drinks and food, in the meantime there was no apology or thanks for waiting and the staff seemed to be going at their own casual pace. Once we received our pizzas they were luke warm and we had 10 minutes to eat before we had to leave for our film. We asked for the bill when we received our food, once again waited for a further 15 minutes and eventually had to go to the bar and ask to pay... Summary Would not recommend visiting before a film as you are not guaranteed to be served two drinks and two pizzas within an hour! Which is unfortunate for them as I can’t imagine you would visit unless you were going to the cinema due to the location.

“Poor staff at least they match the food quality”

This Preezo has been opened for 6 weeks and we were looking forward to our visit, first imressions were good very nicely decorated and weel laid out and in keeping with the area, on arrival the first problem was they could not find our booking and 5 minutes later we wer shown to our table and ordered within 5 minutes, 50 minutes later our starter arrived, we were not offered another drink which we had all finished 30 minutes earlier, starters were ok, drinks topped up we then received our main course within 10 minutes however i was served the wrong dish, i told the waiter it was wrong 3 times as he insisted it was correct, i called over another waiter who sorted out the problem and mine eventually arrived with a skin on the sauce and luke warm, my friend then found his stone cold which was also returned followed by a replacement without any chicken this was sent back again the kitchen opens onto the restaurant and we both saw the chef say " for f*** sake ! so in a nutshell, awful food, very noisey and poor staff,we were offered a free coffee as an apology. best avoided.

“stunning location and decor”

There is a wow factor when entering the restaurant, really great conversion of an old Royal Navy waterfront victualling warehouse with three foot thick granite walls. Welcome was good and service prompt. Lunchtime was 25% occupancy. Pizzas lacking in topping and flavour and at £9 each we expected better. Drinks overpriced , £2.50 for small coke, £6.95 for a glass of shiraz. A budget lunchtime menu would go down well, big restaurant and out of town. Shame all the staff were foreign, seems to be company policy and a mistake. Its newly opened and I would think it will be a success.

“Prezzo in Chelmsford”

Went to Prezzo in Chelmsford (bond street) for the first time last week and went again this week for a family meal (no kids). We were seated fast and asked if we wanted drinks quickly which arrived promptly, we had a 3 course meal and all of it arrived fast and was delicious. Waiter and waitress were all very friendly and helpfull, it does get packed so it can be loud so I'd recommend you sit outside if you would like it a bit quieter.

I have been to prezzo just 2 times, the fist time i went there was a nice atmosphere and food that the family could eat- the service was friendly and the food was nice. The second time we went to the Cheshire oaks branch of prezzo and the staff were awful the drinks were again overpriced and the menu less things on because they haddent bothered to update it like the other branches of prezzo

1.Our first impression at the door was slow to welcome us , no smiles.
2. We were a party of 4 and given a tiny square table, whereas two people next to us were given double the table size compared to us.
3.We had to remind them that we have oredered drinks and had to call for a waitress to take down our orders. They were slow and lacked customer care.
4. Staffs were mostly hanging around the bar chatting.
5. The service was very dissappointing, I do not recommend friends there, although the food was OK, as the salad I had looked a little tired and some had brown at the edges.

As a new dinner locataion in egham and following a read of some reviews i booked a table on-line at prezzo in egham.This being a dinner to celebrate a double event a wedding anniversery and a birthday , after reading the on-line blurb that said prezzo staff would attempt to accomodate any requests we may have ,foolishly i took this as a good sign and requested a resonable table this being my only request apaeart from the actual booking.On the night we were shown to a table wedged between a pillar and another couple balanced on a tiny table very close to the one offered to us.I asked for a different table eventually we ended up at a table in an annex with a door continually being opened and closed.A let down it certainly was the food being obviosly chain.The service was polite lets get it over with. I think on reflection i would not return certainly not a place for celebrating something however if you want to pretend you are really dining out have a look .

Nice looking restaurant in Aberdeen, first visit. Normal welcome and seated fast. Waitress unbelievably surly and unfriendly. Very overpriced drinks, I'm not a miser, but hate to be blatantly ripped off. The food was nicely presented, but bland, almost tasteless. Except for my Calzone. So chilli hot that I couldn't eat it. And I eat anything. Garlic bread hard and dry, Fries portions tiny. Lasagne bland. A soft drink was a tiny bottle (i mean tiny) of coke. Overall, very nicely presented in terms of restaurant and food, but underlying quality of food awful, as was the service. A thank you when paying would have been nice too. All in all, one of those evenings you write off as experience/waste of money.

Waitresses good but the 40 minute wait for main course was rubbish, it was a busy monday lunchtime but in my experience of other Prezzo branches this is fairly normal. The food is good but not amazing so that the wait for it is not an issue. The waiting staff are usually fairly nice but they are let down by the kitchen times.

If we were told how long we would had to wait we would have gone elsewhere.

Really poor service. Sent to a dark table for two. There was not enough lighting to read the menu properly. table was wobbly. We asked to move to another table for two that was vacant. We were told no and told that the wobbly table would be sorted. It wasn't and the tealight that was lit didn't help with the viewing of the menu. After 40 mins of being seated our meal order had not been taken and we had received no drinks!!! Consumer beware you are paying your hard earned cash for appauling service. Edward (Manager) you need to go back to training school.

Had to click on 1 star rating for this review to go through, but can't comment on quality of food as we didn't have any. I would be giving minus stars if I could!

I ate at the Licoln restuarant with approx 35 friends on friday 11th Feb. I was really impressed with the level of service and quality of food. All food was served hot, all together, on time and delicious. No mean feat for such a big group. A big congratulations to chefs and servers. The down side was the price of drinks, a bit too hot to handle!! Well done everyone.

Food dry and boring, staff few and far between, Manager asked us a question and we could not understand him. The waitress also had a language difficulty. The prices have increased considerably! so so disapointing, will not be going back!

rude and obnoxious waiting staff, who thought being sarcastic and offensive as part of their job remit. over priced for what you get and they slap a MASSIVE service charge on for parties of 6 or more. avoid this venue as they clearly do not value your custom!
