Fantastic product! Willpower also needed!

Desperate to stop smoking , tried many other products before these. Replaced my cigarette with these n smoked a pencil at same time (pretend cigarette!) Had lots of Polo mints as well. Reduced real cigarettes gradually, over 7 days. Got down to 2 cigarettes a day then on 8th day stopped completely. Still need the Niquitin mints about 3 times a day and still need loads of Polo mints. Don’t need pretend cigarette (the pencil) anymore. Great product but you need mega willpower as well. If you’re really serious about quitting smoking these work. I will NEVER have another cigarette again in my life. This product is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it as long as you genuinely want to stop.
