Utterly useless & slow - failing to comply to processes

I have dealt with many letting agents and property management companies, but Sequence are now blacklisted as far as I'm concerned.
They messed up adding a new tenant to our tenancy and it took 5 months until we had a legal tenancy agreement. Then the deposit was not given to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme on time. Any issues with the property during our tenancy were not dealt with adequately and required a lot of calls and emails before anything happened.

The tenancy ended 3 months ago and we are still awaiting the return of the deposit. Again many calls and emails have been exchanged. The landlord only recently made a claim on the deposit. The claims made do not reflect the condition we moved into the property in. There are two detailed reports, yet it seems to be too difficult to establish that bar wear and tear, any issues were already there when we arrived. We are now taking the matter to the TDS to sort it out.

I can only recommend you stay away from this company as it will cost you a lot of time and money to deal with them and at the end of the day you will be dissatisfied and angry over their professional incomptence.
