The information they provided was priceless, so many things we didn't know about our area but now we do! We will be new to the area and its always good to know what your getting into in terms of your neighborhood. My wife will find this information just as important as she is a little more investigative than I so I know she'll get a good kick out of what I saw on the report. did nor like the overview picture. would like plot plan and were resident bounders are. when document printed out the lettering is very small and hard to read. i really wouldn't' recomment anyone to use this. i would tell them to go to the court house and get the information there.

The report gave me a lot more information then I expected. I liked the information on the inside of the house like appliances and the flooring ect.. The report gave information about the land and all the schools in the area as well as the crime rate and offender list. The report had a lot of information on what to look for in buying a house and an inspection list you could go through on things to consider and look at. You are also able to print the information.

I didn't quite expect the thoroughness of the report. The picture of the property is very impressive. I'll definitely recommend this site to family and friends who may need the same service I asked for.
