My son owns this house, and I rent it. He had it re-appraised a few years ago, but there is nothing about that here, so I have no idea if it is rising in value from that date or not. I expect a depression in the next few years, so wanted to know if this property is rising or falling in value. I STILL don't know. I did find out a lot of details I didn't know...like the year built, among other things.

Missing two major items. 1. Completely renovated shower (doubled size) with large seat and handicaped bars - walker entrance. 2. Whole-home generator with 10 full capacity for entire house. 3. Also, now have enclosed patio with fan.

How can you tell about home improvements and renovations to the home and property?? Based on other homes listed, do you consider the quality of home interior & exterior upgrades. For example, new roof, new AC/heating system, new water heater, new kitchen appliances, sink, faucet & tile back splash?? Would appreciate feedback on how that increases the overall value. Thanks!

A detailed property report, #of bedrooms,Bathrooms, sq. footage, etc., that included a fairly accurate current Fair Market Value that included a ten (10 year history. my report included the information I was searching for and then some. I'll recommend PropertyRecords.com to family and friends.

This home last sold for $110,000 not for the amount stated. I know because I bought it. That is the only thing wrong with the information on this site. So where that came from I don't know. It appraised for 131,000. This was an easy site to use and didn't ask alot of unnecessary information. Thank you...

The only information provided after 15 minutes of downloading and other magic, was from Zillow, nothing else. I am contacting my CC to block this site and my local consumer protection.
