This is the third time that we have used Landlord Direct and believe their service is excellent. The lead process was seem-less and we received plenty of interest in the properties we advertised. We took advantage of the tenancy agreement and credit check service which is a great benefit to us as it takes all the administration from us. Overall and excellent service and one which we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and colleagues.

As a Landlord this is an excellent value package which is conducted in a professional manner. After using Landlord direct twice now I would definitely use them again and would even consider using them for the sale of my property. All documents are comprehensive and there is room for adjustment if required. The service is personal and I dealt with the same agent throughout (Puja) who was fast and efficient. The only small area for improvement is that it can take a few attempts to get through on the phone during busy periods, but then it is important I speak to the same agent. Overall this is a very economical and effective way for a private landlord to advertise on all the main internet sites and have thorough references completed.

All the staff were extremely helpful when explaining the service and how things work and the instructions on website were clear and easy to follow. I had some difficuly up-loading the photos (my fault due to the settings on my PC), and a member of staff very kindly offered to load the photos for me, taking any stress away. The leads received were all positive and Lanline Direct made the whole process simple and straightforward for an extremely reasonable price. There was no part of the service I didn't like.
