The site was easy to use, self-explanatory. I am not a huge computer user and this was an extremely simple process. The information provided is useful and they even provide a checklist for you to use if you are buying the property, etc. The report highlights what to look for which is very important, especially for first time home buyers.

I think this is a good web sight. if you need information on a certain house you can pretty much get it there. It tells you all the schools around and especially good they let you knw how many child predators around good thing to know if you have children. I would recommend this website to anyone who is planning on moving or buying a house. I especially liked the checklist a lot of times you forget what to look for or what to ask and the checklist helps a lot.

The Assessor's site was relatively easy to use.

it seems very much on spot

In reviewing information, it was amazing how accurate the information happen to be. Somehow most such systems have most of the information wrong and have a faulty appraisal as a result.

I was extremely happy with my report, including additional information I was not expecting like the school ratings in my area. A definite value and I will recommend this to all my family and friends. There wasn't anything to dislike.

Could not believe the amount of information I received, would you believe 7 pages! They did charge a $1.00 to cover some of their costs but it is worth a lot more. I was basically just curious to find out what our home was worth since we have owned it for 3 years. They furnished everything from the sq. footage of the house and property, as well as listing all the rooms, including the office. It felt like they had just come by and observed everything, plus I received pictures, best dollar I ever spent. Thanks HomeValue.us.org.
