I got great service from DMS. Albeit a bit persistent to start with. They were very patient with me as I had to wait for a HEEPS loan and they knew exactly what the procedures were. Work done in one day and all great!

Excellent service from DMS from start to finish. I needed a new boiler installed at a property I rent out. My tenant had no hot water, so I needed quick action. With products and prices excellently explained, then firmed up on him talking to my tenant. I was able to confirm the order over the weekend with DMS. They then sent in a technician to install on the Tuesday. My tenant was delighted at the fast service - all in all 5 days from initial call to instillation - and so was I as DMS also came up with the best prices as other quotes came in. I would well recommend DMS on both service and price, and have already recommended them to my Tenancy Management Company.

We contacted DMS Solutions for a Heating Solution for our business. We had initially wanted to go traditional gas boiler however the quote from SGN to connect our premises to the Gas Network was business prohibitive. We therefore went back to drawing board. Following a google search we came across DMS Energy Solutions. When we made the initial enquiry on line we were contacted within 1hour and we arranged to meet with 1 of the Sales Team at our premises to go through our requirements. The Sales Team were fantastic and recommended 2 options to us. They clearly laid out all the facts and figures to help us make an informed business decision. They were not pushy with their Sales and answered all the questions we had in a timely manner, including pointing us to customers who had similar systems installed to get their opinions on the products. The DMS facebook page is a useful page as well. We selected an Electric Wet System so you still get radiators and boiler but no gas. The full installation was seamless and straightforward and the installation team did a fantastic job of the install (including fully cleaning up when they were done!) Our system has now been in for 6 weeks and we are glad we made the choice we did. It has been fantastic and I would highly recommend the services of DMS Energy Solutions. The new electric systems are as economical as the gas combi boilers but with out the expense of gas. Electric systems have really come along way.

After 4 weeks appalling service from SSE to repair what started as a leaking boiler, I arranged 3 other quotes. DMS was competitive and the sales manager was exceptionally helpful. I accepted his quote on Friday10th February, the team came on Monday 13th February, and by late afternoon, we had a wonderful new boiler. I could not be more delighted. The workmen were efficient and tidy.
