Would never recommend. It was our first experience of letting our house and it was a disaster. The first tenants ripped up our expensive bedroom carpet and badly painted the whole house in a cheap stone colour even though we d had it psi ted professionally beforehand. Belvoir never noticed! When the second tenants were taken to court to be evicted we noticed the glass panel was missing between our kitchen and dining room. Belvoir organised for thus to be replaced but nothing else happened. We tried to chase this but our calls were ignored. The grill pan on the cooker was ganging down broken and dangerous. Tried to talk to Belvoir, was told this was wear and tear. Other bedroom carpet had been burnt but calls ignored. Can't believe how bad this organisation was.
