I have had major problems with Rynew, no communication, literally ignores emails and calls for weeks and months. They talk about doing work that is not done and they make up costs for things that don't exist.

They rely on Leaseholder law and play the system, stay away people.

They are in he pocket of a directors who employed them, no AGM, accounts late, not qualified not that I am biased but Desmond works in council and now states he is a creative director...making things up as he goes

Contractors are in his pocket

Service charges have increased, no actual address, he was a former leaseholder in a block and took over the management.

Part of LKP and ARMA as they cite they have impressive commendations.. been thrown out of a few sites.. over priced, rude, arrogant and bully boys.

There are far better property companies to choose from dont go near them with a bar pole

Rynew run our site for the past 4 years and they made so many false promises. They obstruct leaseholders..overspent..caused deficits. Lied about repairs done. Any director who appoints them is looked after but the rest of the leaseholders suffer. Do not let them onto your site. None of them are qualified..yet they say they can deal with large sites. No qualified accountant or lawyer or building professional ..just bullies. Especially Desmond.

No actual address hide behind posh London address but work from home. No university education no further qualifications.

Should be removed from LKP and ARMA. All other creditonals on their site are bought memberships not earned.

Running your own site is fat better than letting them.

Verbal promises made but not put in writing were never carried out. Very little maintenance was done although there was a large increase in the service charge demanded. No yearly accounting or AGMS, no indication of how money was spent.

Communication with client very poor, complaints dismissed/ignored.

Condition of site has deteriorated.
