Remus is the worse property management that I have ever dealt with. It has been 4 months that the lift is broken and each time I contact Remus’s managers they come with excuses that they are chasing the lift contractors. I live on the 4th floor and everyday have to carry up pushchair and all the shopping which has caused me severe back pain. I have left with no choice to take legal action and complain to the Property Ombudsman.
