Terrible customer service. Faulty fire alarm after a year of moving in, still says fault, lift constantly not working so disabled residents cannot get above the first floor! Still waiting on door fobs a year later even though was told they are being sent out. They have the audacity to raise service charge. Will be withholding this until they fix above issues.
