I am planning to buy a new build freehold property which will be managed/ maintained by Remus Property Management, Salisbury. Current maintenance amount is £200 per year. After reading the reviews; I am not too sure what should I do with the purchase. Any feedback?

I would not recommend buying anything that is run by this management company, as they have a habit of hire company's that do very little in the way of garden maintenance. Here where on the estate where I live, there has been a new gardener used a ride on lawn mower to cat the the only thing is that the grass areas are not big enough to warrant a ride on lawn mower. And top it all off the aforementioned gardener did not even trim the hedges that need doing. And left all the grass cuttings strewn all over the place.

I currently rent a restaurant on the second floor in a shopping mall a management company have just recently stopped me using signage to promote my business they don't lease the premises to me I have an independent landlord. Is what they are doing legal? Their reason for removing signage is that the insurance company won't cover the shopping mall unless the signs are removed.
