worse management letting company I have ever seen. never return calls, owner is useless, staff no interest in fixing resolving issues, you will chase after them repeatedly and they will have the cheek to think you are annoying them, fact is customer service is a joke, property might be nice but they will squeeze every last penny out of you, expect you to pay for maintenance and never resolve issues in hindsight it wont be worth it count yourself luck that you read this review first and have the courage to dodge the bullet, theres plenty more properties out there with less hassle from agent, they wont fix anything.

I suggest that no one approach this agency. Their service is extremely poor. Well the only thing they are good in, is milking money from tenants. Otherwise they don't offer any help even if in case of emergency. So, don't even think of approaching this agency.

I found a nice apartment to rent and Giant property where the letting agent. At the time I was sleeping in my car and now I realise they used this to there advantage! Problems in the property started to appear very quickly. Most of which where minor and I sorted myself. Although when I reported the bigger issues I was fobbed of time and time again. Eventually I got fed up and stopped paying the rent......all of a sudden they want access to fix the issues! To little too late.......5 months of waiting and paying over the odds was enough for me. So don't make the same mistake as me and stay clear of Giant Property 100 lisburn road!

Found them to be extremely unprofessional. Had nothing but trouble and unease dealing with them. constantly went back on their word leaving their tenants out of pocket and without returned deposits for an overpriced property. The tenants we desperate for a house at the time so they took complete advantage. one thing learned from them GET EVERTHING IN WRITING and if it can be helped go else where with your business.

Gave the house in bad condition and took £200 for cleaning when we vacated. Always lot of delay in sending a person to fix the issues. He charged us £250 for marketing without informing us in advance when we vacated the house before contract ends.He never sent a person to fix some of the issues reported.
