Fleecehold professionals

I've not met one person with a single good thing to say about this company. Its a modern day sham that land owners and property developers have been using for a while now to make money off new home owners. When you first buy your house you are told there is a small maintenance fee. You are not told however that you have no option to opt out and the annual fees go up every year. Started at £100 a year, it has now DOUBLED in the space of three years. The irritating thing is, the site was never even finished when handover was given to Blue Property. Technically we're still paying for the street to be built! Progress is ridiculously slow. They claim to send 'maintenance professionals' several times a year but you're lucky if you see them at all. This year they came and cut the grass two days before we got our £200 bill! There's not even twenty houses on our street. That's a lot of money to have two small patches of grass cut once a year. And these 'maintenence professionals' (or should we call them unqualified handymen) drive all the way to Yorkshire from Nottingham! That doesn't seem very sustainable to me.
There isn't a single redeeming quality in regards to this ghastly company. They are simply; despicable. There is hope on the horizon however. These unethical companies are being investigated for the charlatans they are and i believe that in the future they will cease to be a thing.
