Value For Money
Terrible
This is by far one of the worst block management companies. The charges are extortionate for doing very little, I can't remember the last time the windows were washed (there are cobwebs etc on the outside of all the windows). When I received numerous credits in my bank account from Ashby Lowery, I queried it and was merely told by a very bitter and unfriendly woman that they returned the funds because the payments I had made simply wasn't good enough and they are under no obligation to take payments by instalments!! What a cheek! I wish I had known how unreasonable they would be before I purchased my flat, I would have rather bought a house!

Unprofessional And Incompetent
do not respond to questions, do not give back rent deposit monies in a timely fashion. Very rude office workers.
Do not even warrant one star but had to give at least one. Please carry out your own searches of reviews of the company which are plentiful and of the same nature. Avoid
Customer Service
Officious, Inflexible And Unwilling To Listen
These people managed the block where I owned a flat and the experience was terrible from an owner's point of view. They are officious, inflexible and bullying in their manner - and were quite unprepared to engage in dialogue. When asked for clarification of charges, simply repeating parrot-fashion that the charge "remains outstanding". The owner responded to my quite legitimate review of his company’s service with a retaliatory diatribe which was itself confrontational, high-handed and bullying – endorsing my earlier comments regarding attitude and tone. Do yourself a favour - avoid these people like the plague and deal with a company that treats customers with dignity and respect.
