Returns Through Post Or Collect Plus
Ordered 2 sizes of item for fit.Returned unwanted item for refund through collect plus on 18th May 2015. Happened to return an item to Marks and Spencer at the same time and place.Tracked both returns a few days later and ascertained both were at their warehouses.Refund from Marks and Spencer back on my card within 5 days.Refund from Top man back on my card on 9TH JULY 2015.They denied getting return, I had to wait 28 days send in copy of returns receipt.Numerous time on emails. Absolutely incompetent Company.NEVER AGAIN.My advice is if you buy on line always return to shop for instant refund.
This rather defeats object of buying on line in first instant...best avoid altogether.

Do Not Buy From Their Online Store
I went online to review about Topman before I bought anything from them and I got these searches about Horrible Shipping and Customer Services from Topman. I decided to take my chances with them because I wanted a jacket from them. I purchased my merchandise without the tracker because I didn't think that it will take longer than 10days. I ordered from February 15 and I factored in the weekends so I expected my package to arrive at March 1. However it is March 8 and still haven't received my package and they can't track it for me. So I am curious to say where is my package and AM I GOING TO RECEIVE IT? I shouldn't have to take risk if I bought something worth $300 and it is a 50/50 chance I never going to receive my item.
I STILL DIDNT GET MY PARCEL.
KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM.
Same Jacket, Different Quality!
Purchased this "Leather Look Funnel Bomber", size XL last October in the Colchester store after comparing with many other shops. I was extremely pleased with the design and quality but it comes up on the tight side, so have given it to my son and ordered an XXL which arrived within 4 days.
Same jacket, same code, BUT, its been made noticeably cheaper! Both shoulder tags have gone (not bothered by that)The zips have gone on both pockets. The lining is cheaper, and worse of all the outer shell is thinner!! Would rather have paid extra for the original quality.

Ordered presents for Christmas, the website said they would be delivered before the 24th of December 2012 (today) and they have not arrived! I now have no Christmas presents to give! Topman you are terrible, there is no point giving a tracking number if it is not going to work! Sort your sh!t out! I have been buying clothes off your website for a long time! Never again!! X x

Said It Would Only Take 1 Week Now 3 Weeks And Nothing
I'm pretty sure they lost my order, and this is not the first time these idiots have done something like this as per the other review. I will not buy anything from them again, period end of story. Customer service does not exist so do not call the useless number they provided in their contact section and waste long distance fees.
Right now I am trying to "email" them. Its quite likely they have lost my order but conveniently will not tell me. If they do not respond in the next 48 hours, I will just get Master card to pull my money back out of them.
Wow Worst Online Company Ever
Went to TOPMAN to buy a shirt for a friend for a Christmas gift. On November 20th I placed the order. Received and email with an order number and some bulls*** tracking number that doesn't work on any British, American or international delivery companies.
It is now December 7th!! Two and a half weeks of waiting for this package!
Called TOPMAN 1:30am here in California so that someone would answer at 9:30am England time. The woman on the other end told me that she could not track the package after it has left England and that i would just have to wait. Ummm, NO! when you ship internationally, the company should provide an international shipping number!! SO unprofessional.
She told me if i had not received my package by December 11th to call back. What for? are you going to magically be able to find my package after 12/11 or re-send the package that I've already paid for maybe with a good tracking number that actually tracks?!?
I will never ever order any gifts through this website ever again

Ordered two particular item within their sale e-section, supposedly paid for the items, only to received an e-mail "We're sorry but due to its popularity this item is now out of stock and we've been unable to dispatch it". Waited three days believing the other item being in-stock, only to e-mailed once again"We're sorry but due to its popularity this item is now out of stock and we've been unable to dispatch it". This as happened repetitively on previous occasions, only to be terribly disappointed, also; whilst e-mailed as out of stock the very items are yet still listed on the topman site as being in-stock. Topman do get your warehousing in order.

Topman, Parcel Lost, No Solution, Be Careful!! Order Lost!
I bought a pair of pants last year and until now, I didn't get it, I tried N times to contact with TOPMAN, but first, they didn't reply some of my emails, I mentioned that they should take my email seriously, unfortunately their answers are the same, they are copying the text from their site about parcel lost, and the problem is still not solved. I was disappointed by it, and from that moment, I stopped ordering anything.
I love the things on TOPMAN, but my fear and anger of not receiving my order convinced me not to order anything on their site.

I strongly don't recommend TOPMAN, if you really want to buy something in their style, go to ASOS.com, they offer free shipping worldwide.

I Placed A Order On The 24th Of December And Was T
I placed a order on the 24th of December and was told I would recieve my order no later than the 3rd of January. It is now the 11th of January and still no order. I have now emailed 3 times with no response. I had to wait 20 minutes on a premium line to get through to there customer service and was guaranteed the order would be with me in 2 days and I would recieve a phone call to tell me what the hold up was. I have not recieved any phone call from them and still no order. Terrible custome servicer, stay away from ordering on line, totally put me off Topman with who I have shopped with for many years
I have the same problem here, I should receive my order a year ago, they don't even reply your email!!! I was totally disappointed :(
