Creative Labs Jukebox Zen Xtra

Have to reset after every charge. Now compoletely frozen and I've downloaded all my CD collection

The Creative Labs Jukebox Zen is the size of an old cassette tape player and looks like one. The headphones that came with the player broke within a week and the player itself broke after four months (bearing in mind total usage was about 15 times at the gym). The warranty was JUNK, a mere 90 days! If you are paying $215 for something you should have more faith the product will last longer than 3 months! I got stuck paying a service fee to have it fixed and the customer service representatives weren't even apologetic. I WOULD NOT recommend this product to anyone. DO NOT BUY IT!!

Had excellent results with the Creative Labs Jukebox Zen for over a year. Used on the train every day. Replaced the headset with some Koss ones to improve sound. Got my entire CD collection (and everyone elses) on it and still room in memory.

After 15 months of careful use the headphone jack faulted (it comes unsoldered from the main circuit board and is IMPOSSIBLE to mend)

Had to sell it faulty on ebay for a huge financial loss.

The Creative Labs Jukebox Zen is a good all round player but is not up to constant use. I use it for about 3 hours a day and it realy soon shows its age. It is very bulky to carry about in its carry case which also makes using the buttons awkward.

Creative Labs Jukebox Zen - This is a great Mp3 Player, after buying this I dont think I'll ever buy another mp3 player unless its from Creative Labs. Never had a single problem with it except one time I left it in my car in the sun and when I turned it on it said that it was shutting down because it was overheated. I almost started to cry cause I figured it was broken but after it cooled down it's worked fine ever since, that was about 3 months ago and I use it everyday for at least 4 hours a day so... Only thing I wouldn't recommend this for is running unless you run with a small pack that you can secure it in cause it's rather large and heavy and would be annoying bouncing around.

Spent ages deciding which MP3 player to go with - and I am glad I did. My friend has an Ipod and I borrowed that for a week and the battery life is a BIG problem as I commute for 3hrs a day.

I have still not read any instructions for the software or Creative Zen since purchasing them - everything about them is intuitive. Software couldn't be easier to use.

I love this so much I am buying my boyfriend and my decorator one each as a pressie - if you are in any doubt about buying one of these, don't think twice - get out, hit the bank then start ripping and listening to some quality sounds!

The Creative Labs Jukebox Zen feels good to use and looks great. it is slightley large but for the price it doesnt bother me.The amount of memory is great, it can store around 5000 songs at mp3 format.The software is great, it works very well and transfer times are very quick.It sometimes freezes up but it can easily be reset without loosing any songs. I purchased my jukebox from www.creative.com/europe and it was cheap with free delivery. I don't regret buying the player and highley recommend it.
