Above Are The Most Common Faults Experienced On Ou
Above are the most common faults experienced on our fleet of about 100 Ford Transit 90T330's and 90T350's. Is there anyone out there that can shed some light on the problem of oil in the water system. Notably there is no overheating and no water in the engine oil. I have been told that this is caused by a faulty oilcooler. Has anyone else experienced this or know the fault?
We have changed 5 oil coolers so far not to mention countless wishbone bushes/front wheel bearings/flywheels/vacuum pumps/filter heads/etc

My All New Transit Was Purchased Two Years Ago To
My all new transit was purchased two years ago to replace my m reg transit which gave me 22mpg with 280000 miles on the clock, but my new van only gives 18mpg even though fords sales brochure state that the all new transit is more fuel. The brake pads grind on the discs and make the brakes judder, the pads have been changed four times and the discs three times. The pads have now been replaced with no metal content in them which has cured the noise problem but has done nothing to improve there efficiency. This new van goes though front tyres every 20000 miles compared to 48000 miles on my old transit. As for fords themselves they have given no support to me over the last two years and have no control over their agents who seem unable to cure the smallest of faults.
