Ive had a terrible experience with the company CASHPLUS. one day I tried to log into my online banking and it said that my account was locked , I phoned customer services and they told that only one person could deal with this and she would call me within 2 days... this never happened so I called back , again I was told to wait 2 days ... again nothing the 3rd time the lady who could deal with this was there was able to talk to me she said that I needed to prove where my money came from and what I use the account for , at this point I was at my wits end with the service so I said im not going to bother doing that and can you close the account and return the money that was in there (£459) they said they would review the account further and I would have to check back on the progress week by week !! it is seriously unbelievable the service, im dumbfounded as to how they are still in business. How can they possibly withhold your actual money from you when you request it back! madness.

in short dont use this bank they are the worst company in the UK
