Disgusting attitude

I have been with Cash-plus for a year and are being charged £69 per year for what I was told to credit build I have seen nothing for a year, I have had a refund sent to my account which is not appearing on my statement, I have called to be told you need to fill out our Transaction report "oh by the way this could take a while" an accounts manager for Cash-plus has basically told me to leave it as it is a long process £130 is owed to me.. to then look at my statement to find out you have taken a £69 fee from my account when clearly I unhappy with yourself. No weekend Transfers not even cash-plus to Cash-plus I asked to speak to a Manager Mathew who did not stop speaking over sounded aggressive. I do not how this company are still running with very poor customer service and no facilities. I would not recommend this on line financial company to anyone.
