Terrible experience I was in all day, to see apparently they had attempted delivery and left a calling card, no clue where because I don’t have it. I only knew because the delivery driver a delightful chap, who tried telling me and assuring me I wasn’t in my own home at the time of delivery, left a note on the very app. I called him to ask him where my delivery was and his attitude was terrible. I then put in a complaint about him, consequently yodel have done nothing but mess me around with my order ever since, and now I see 3 days later my parcel has been loaded off his van so this is a put up and shut up system obviously. We will treat you how we see fit and that’s that. Days later I’ve still not received my parcel. What a wonderful company you are.
