What a terrible service and to charge people that amount of money to make a complaint. My heart sank when I saw it was Yodel was delivering my parcel from Amazon. We have been in the past week since the lock down there is always someone here. The yard gates are open from 8.30 in the morning until 9.00 at night we have checked with our neighbours no one has seen a Yodel van. By the way we all have CCTV there has been no card dropped in the door. I smell porky pies, your customer service is appalling. You are the only company we ever have an issue with for delivery how the hell you are still in business I will never know. A very irate and dissatisfied customer. If I had known yodel were going to be the courier service I wouldn't have ordered with that company.
