Ebay seller used them for delivery to us. In fairness XDP received the item on the day we were due to receive it but it then sat in their depot for four and a half days doing nothing. Tried phoning them for two and a half days with no-one answering on any number or any department.

I wish I could mention staff names as a lady called B in the Bradford office totally saved the day! If there are Christmas bonuses give her a large one as she went the extra mile for me. Other than that my experience was horrendous. Invalid numbers left on delivery cards, no response by calling (as requested on card) 3 'we will reply to you' voicemails left but no call back... unable to use the online tracker as consignment number (again left on card by courier!!) was not recognised...phone number left for courier but not used..the list goes on! Hopefully thanks to B my delivery will be made tomorrow... but this company sent my stress levels through the roof. The 2 star rating is only thanks to her (who would get 5 as an individual)Please improve your customer service and the common sense of your delivery drivers.

we had a delivery with a 2 hour slot. After the 2 hours had passed we called and was promised it would be here, now we are told tomorrow after waiting in. no communication and non helpful depot staff

Ordered bed through Groupon and was informed that we would receive the bed within seven working days. I was informed that we would receive an email with courier and tracking number within the seven days. I tried to track on Groupon but no information was posted. I emailed Groupon and received an email informing me that I would be contacted by courier with the date of delivery. This never happened. A delivery van arrived 7.00pm to an empty flat! The tracking system was still showing order placed!!! Groupon have passed the buck and said I need to complain to courier company although their email clearly stated that they would email with delivery details. NOT very happy with service. Friend had to get a cab at my cost to pick up keys to flat!!!

My packages were left out in the rain so the boxes were completely soaked through and obviously we're no longer strong enough to when I tried to move them. The packages were also left outside my front door, where they could easily have been taken and was not informed that the delivery was going to happen

The package arrived on time but the delivery man refused to carry them to my door (I am on the third floor) and left them inside the building entrance, probably because they were a little heavy (shelves).

Waited in for delivery ,obviously driver knew he couldn't get his lorry under where I live and knew he,d have to carry it across so he didn't knock or ring bell just put a card in letter which he didn't even push right through else I'd of heard it ! To make matters worse its a nightmare trying to speak to anyone just answer phone and no reply to emails ! No customer service what so ever !

I ordered a 24 hour delivery from Wayfair, and it was sent via XDP. Despite showing on the tracking system that it was at the warehouse within the 24 hour time frame, there was then no movement of the goods for over 5 days, and when it did eventually arrive it was damaged beyond use. I am now waiting to see how Wayfair choose to deal with this but not impressed with service of either firm so far.

I was asked to sign for the delivery while the 2 boxes of wood flat pack furniture were being brought to the house. One of the 2 boxes was ripped open and damaged. I asked to check that the contents were undamaged and was told "I haven't got time for this". I was then told that the driver would sign to note that the box were damaged. I had to make a fuss to ensure that I signed to state that the box was damaged. Fortunately when I checked the contents of the damaged box after the 2 delivery people had left they were ok. I do not know the cost of the delivery as it was included in the price of my purchase. I would not personally use this delivery service.

I had numerous parcels being delivered and the biggest items were delivered fine. The small ones arrived over a week after saying they were delivered and one was not delivered at all! Despite numerous emails confirming delivery etc, I eventually phoned the supplier to,voice my disgust at it all and they have since credited my account. Sorry, I expected better.

I received a text approx one hour before they turned up at my door - I had no idea this was going to be delivered that day and barely had time to get back from work to be there to accept it. The driver was miserable and the items were 20kg and 40kg - should have been delivered by two people not one.

Poor service overall. Received email morning of delivery which led to tracking information and a rough time of delivery and a contact link if any problems with delivery. 1st issue, contacted them stating a time that nobody would be in to take delivery asking if they could delivery outside of this time. Received no response regarding this. 2nd issue, delivery arrived while had to go out. instead of leaving the package with a neighbour of somewhere more secure like over the side gate the driver decided to leave it on the door step in full view.

The parcel was a rather big and heavy sofa, driver asked for help to bring it in, as he was completely alone. What if the person receiving the parcel was an elderly person, or somebody that just couldn't lift heavy stuff? He kept muttering some strange words over and over. He was leading with the sofa into the house, and almost threw the box ahead of him, nearly knocking down a wall mirror, not careful at all.

arrived the day after it should have,no contact,no sorry,no explanation, received a late text 10.30am saying eta 9.22-12.22 finally arrived at 12.40 lucky we were in as was going to cancel.

Delivery guy very pleasant but rushed.dumped my order in kitchen and despite me syressin I was a single mum who couldnt get it upstairs he said"its a friday afternoon and ive already done loafs of deliveries".he left it and couldnt leave quick enough.poor.very poor.bedstore took my money quick enough.i expect a certain level of service for that, not an obstrepetious delivery guy

Driver delivered the wrong consignment and was not very helpful. Things improved when he returned to deliver the correct consignment. I can only assume that an embarassing mistake made the difference.

The timing qas great came exactly when i was told it would arrive. However the driver was rude and inpatient, he felt the item at the door and tried to drive of when i explained my baby was sleeping so can he bring it in he shouted you have to pay 45 pounds or he will return the item- i told him i will not spoken to like that i already paid 10 pounds for delivery and he should learn some customer service skills. Not happy would not pay any money for this service nexr time.

The driver was not friendly not polite...just pushed the huge box towards me and handed the paper to sign!
