Ordered product from Microsoft. Delivery via UPS. Failed to deliver item to address - sent it to one of their Customer Access Points. What a joke! Refused to hand parcel as I have not complied with UPS T&C's for collect!!!!! I said - here is the email I received. It does not state the T&C's or requirements. Response (rude) tough.
Should have ordered the product from Amazon!!! Result Microsoft lost a sale and a customer! Neither company seems to care. Avoid at all costs!
