I ordered some goods from Wilkos, the date they should have been delivered only half turned up in a broken box, looked like it had really been thrown about. They delivery sheet was showing more goods than delivery, we asked them to check the truck, was told nothing there and he left with my delivery note. Spoke to Wilkos who said sorry and would send again on a next day delivery. The following day Tuffnells called and said we wont deliver cause there's nowhere to park. I phoned Wilkos told them to cancel the order. Tuffnells were informed to return goods to them. Five days later they were plonked in my carport unable to get my car out or another in. Total rubbish
