I ordered upvc facials/cladding etc online, when it arrived via Tuffnels I helped the driver unload it, the back of his wagon was a disgrace, there were very large parcels strewn all over the place,even a small scaffold tower that was falling all over the items. Nothing was lashed to the lashing rails at the sides( how long would that have taken 10 mins).
As it was raining I foolishly didn't check my consignment at the time.
When I opened it a couple of days later I found some of the cladding was damaged.
I reordered the damaged items as well as some extra items, when they arrived a few days later I checked them whilst driver waited on site only to find more damaged items so I gave up and sent them all back signed as damaged.
I would consider very carefully using Tuffnels again if this is how they treat their customers goods.
