Text received advising delivery 05/06/18 between 07.00 - 09.36 - took day of work to wait. Finally at 11.30 that day received further text advising due to network issues no delivery that day. After about an hour of trying I got a chat to an advisor who advised they would need to reschedule. Said not good enough want to talk to someone higher. She advised someone from the right section would call me in the next 45 mins. One and a half hours later I got a call with loads of apologies but we don't deliver to Scotland until Friday. Obviously not happy and advised her Friday was a day where it would definitely have to be before 12.00 - she will do her best!!! New text received 5th June advising delivery for 8th June - fine - text then received 18.10 on 7th June advising delivery 8th June estimated 13.59 - 16.59. Unable to get through to re arrange so had to change all appointments for the 8th to suit them. Here we are 14.00 on 8th finally managed to get on to tracker map shows I am delivery 15 - but they are delivering no 18 and the postcode shows they are still approx. 3 hours from Aberdeen !!!
I will never recommend or use this company again nor will I deal with any retailer who intends to deliver to me using this company. Waken up your ideas DX and me send your staff on Customer Service training!
