Very unhelpful, patronising and did not even respond to my negative but constructive feedback and suggestions even though they were the ones sending me a follow-up email for this.
Their website allowed me to book for a mattress delivery even though the company in question did not do mattress deliveries. When the delivery man came in for 9 seconds and refused to take the parcel I started a chat to someone in the company straight away saying I had to cancel the delivery from my end (even though it was clearly their fault) and pay the cancellation charges. Will recommend to definitely go with another service - I found Parcel2GO particularly helpful :).
