I will not use Parcel2go as the customer service is poor. They don’t seem to be interested in helping you to solve the problem relating to the parcel delivery but rather aggressively pushing the customer to pay extra, in order to have the parcel returned to the sender. Surely the goal of a parcel company is to strive to have the parcel delivered for the customer, rather than pushing hem to pay again to have it returned!!!
