i sent a gas hob back to my supplier paid insurance on it
it was trashed when they received it
i took pics when it left me and got pics from the supplier when they received it back
so i claimed off parcels2 go
was told it was a prohibited item lol
they deliver them so why prohibited when you return
priceless lol
