I used it for 5 years but sadenly they started inventing aditional weight and trying to extort more money tratening with court action.
Very disappointed with this behaviour. I was sending every week few times same product with same weight of 31 kg.
Sadenly they ask for £90 extra for invented weight of 50 kg. which is completely crazy.
Now they refuse to colect from my address . Very disappointed.
