Having had a series of delivery disasters, I NEVER buy anything from a company that uses Yodel. Unfortunately I recently bought a high value items form an ebay seller who used "Collect Plus" to organise the delivery... and they sub-contract to Yodel. Unsurprisingly I have had the usual problems. Having called AND used the website to arrange a specific day they then failed to deliver (waited in all day until 21:00). They then claimed that they had failed to deliver (strange... not card!) and that I would have to travel from London to to collect from their South London depot.Even though their own website shows that they have failed they cannot organise a delivery. They promised at 09:10 today that a Senior Manager would call me back... it is now 18:43 and I am still waiting. What are the odds that anyone will call? Zero I reckon. I am now contacting the vendor and paypal to get a refund. Poor ebayer will get a negative review. So whatever you do NEVER use Yodel and insist that whenever you order something that the retailer confirms that they are not using Yodel.
BTW if you want a laugh at some really poor fiction, read some of the "positive" Yodel postings on Trustpilot. Worthy of a Booker Prize.
