Missed a delivery? Good luck getting your parcel again. After missing the first attempt, I received two conflicting messages where one said the second delivery attempt will be the next working day and the other said they will send more info about the delivery in a week time. It's been a week now and the tracking shows that the parcel has been sitting at the depot for 3 straight days without any movement. Customers are completely walled off by an impenetrable automated "support" that tests even the most patient. Stay away if you can!
