Delivery date was 12/11/2020 which I paid for, Tracking said with courier at 10.55am, Now at 13/11/2020 @22.17pm, no parcel delivered, what a useless delivery company, I am fuming that I waited in for two days, Cannot contact Hermes and nothing from the courier, will never use again.
