Hermes have lost 2 x separate parcels I have sent over the last two months I stopped using Parce2Go because they lost a £ 170.00 item moved to Hermes and it seems I have jumped out of the frying pan into the fire. They are almost impossible to contact with their ridiculous useless digital assistant "Holly" I am running out of couriers to use. It seems their attitude is "We will take their money, try to deliver but if we don't it doesn't matter" no one person is accountable and we cant be contacted anyway. How do they survive would have given them a "no star review" if you had that option. avoid avoid avoid at all costs
