Absolutely pitiful! No one at all was available to talk to after 3 hours of emails and phone calls. All I wanted was to go and collect the item from their depot but I could not get through to anyone. After much complaining to my supplier, he 'upgraded' the parcel to Saturday delivery - which I'd already paid for! Guess what? They failed to deliver... Cost me a lot of money and time, legal action is being considered for Breach of Contract.
