total disappointment

Horrible service, maybe quality of the product is good but service itself is unacceptable! Bunch of ignorants, advertising 3-4 days delivery time and this take them edges, when called after 5 days they told me that will be delivered next week, called again after 9 days of my order( on last call promised delivery on this day) they said is coming tomorrow, on 10th day called them again- first member of stuff said if she will check status of delivery and will call me back (she didn’t even asked for my order No!)- never happened. After several hours called them once again- another lady said that driver is sick and delivery has been re-schedule for next week- madness! Jesus- they have my tel No, all other details and even didn’t bother to call and inform about that?
Supposed to wait for 3-4day and if not my calls could wait for 3 weeks- finally have cancelled my order
Avoid them, go for someone more reliable !!!
