Booked for a photo shoot December 2019 due to coronavirus kept getting postponed. Finally my son daughter in law and the baby went 4th July. On arrival was asked to fill in a form. Was asked what job they did and what they earned yearly. After they had the photo shoot was taken in to a room to show the photos. They had to pay another £25 on top of the £20 I had already paid for the shoot for a 5"x7" photo. This was because they don't tell you the computer picks the image and if you don't like it you have to pay for another. I've rang them and was told to put a complaint in to which I have. So.4 days on we still haven't received the digital photo, you have to apply yourself for the deposit back which was £50 and still haven't received that either, and still no response to my complaint. When questioned about the questions with regards to their earnings was told it was optional and would be used for research purposes. If this was the case they wouldn't have done disclosed it and it's nobody's business never share it for research. I'm utterly disgusted they've had a tough 12 months and thought it would cheer them up. No prices displayed and still haven't received anything at all yet. Wouldn't recommend to anyone all talk when they ring you to get your custom then down hill from there.

The full experience felt rushed and was topped off by a rude and arrogant woman trying to sell the photos at the end. She had very little patience and repeatedly contracted herself. Completing the paperwork was done unprofessionally and when I told the staff member doing it that I couldn’t really afford it, she said not to worry as it was guaranteed acceptance, totally missing the point. I was promised retouched photos, of which I have never received?! I am in the process of cancelling the credit agreement and getting a refund for the farce of affairs that it was.

Experience doesn't match packages purchased for staters it states u get refreshments on arrival we was there. 3hr never once got offered anything let alone a glass of water . Make up IS NOT mac at all like they sell it to u as it is . Daughter got thick hair so they only bothered putting 4 curls around face left back undone and curls had dropped before photo was taken and make up looked like she been hit in eyes they put that much black around her eyes absolutely awful my 5yr old could do better . Girls taking pics was nice (only positive of day ) And to top of the wasted day which I had to use a days holiday at work for we went to view pic and was met by one of the most rude arrogant ladies I have ever come across when I had made it clear I wasn't paying £70 for a tiny photo her attitude was astonishing she spoke to me like I was a child a school and when I asked for the 6x4 print that was included in the package might I add not free because the package cost £50 my daughter choose one that we was told we couldn't have then the she chose another that needed turning round and she wouldn't do that saying that's how the pic was taken even I know u can rotate a picture she was been very awkward with us because we didn't want to spend more then to end the nightmares day. I asked for my deposit back and she said I had to email and request it back which can take 10 days I got told when I booked I get it back on the day another lie . Avoid a lot of hassle and keep your money in your pocket it's over priced for terrible service

Disappointed with the make over, took my daughter for a girlie treat. Hair simply curled, make up thrown on. There was no conversation by the stylists, just complete silence (and very awkward). Photographers were lovely, energetic. Took some AMAZING photos, wanted to keep the majority. Sadly, with a price tag of almost £700 for 12 pictures this wasn't possible. Asked the price for a single photo- £110! Admittedly we got 1 individual photo each for free, but wasn't allowed an image of myself and daughter together in that deal (had to be a printed image too) Very much felt tricked into parting with my money and was advised that buying singular photos was a bad idea and was forcefully encouraged to buy more. Feel completely ripped off. £250 for 4 photos to be put onto a disc. NEVER again. Please consider taking your daughter/ mother away for the weekend as a girlie treat, get some magic moments caught on your own camera, don't waste your money here. A full weekend away will be cheaper and so much more fun!

Do not trust their Facebook site for starters. You will see only positive reviews on there... I tried to give constructive feedback and they deleted it and blocked me! Cheap make up, not mac makeover as described in their package Unprofessional admin staff... rude, unhelpful and unapologetic when they have made errors

My cousin treated me to a day which was meant to be filled with laughter, pictures and a bit of fun. The day could not get any worse, we arrived at the studio we was asked to put our bags to the side and take our coats of. We was then seated and asked to fill out these forms, these forms were for how we wanted our hair and makeup. This information was not required as the beautician didn't even look at this information. As advertised 'Mac Makeup' all the makeup was cheap and nasty it left my face covered in spots. The brushes looked like theyd never been washed. The girl who painted my nails was horrible no smile on her face, if she doesn't like her job there's plenty more where she could be looking. Anyways back to the nail varnish, it was all cheap nail polishes and when she actually applied it, it wasn't even on properly. My 10 year old sister can put it on a lot neater and nicer. The actual shoot was okay, after the photos were taken bear in mind we had been there since half 11am and it was 2.40pm at this point we hadn't even been offered a drink or any refreshments, yet again as advertised. We was told it'd be 15 minutes till reviewing of the photos. In total we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to view the photos, no one told us there would be a delay or nothing. We asked if we could get some drinks and she poured tap water in a glass with dilute which tasted like gritty mud. When viewing the photos, the woman was very eager and very persuasive. I felt very pressurised, as me and my cousin thought it was fun to have a nice day out and bring back a free photo as we're both students and didn't want to spend a lot of money. She kept on saying to me and my cousin that were both young and what we spend our money on. That's none of anybodies business what we spend our money on, she was very rude. We asked her what was the cheapest deal she could do us, she said okay you can both pick 5 photos each which equalled 10 photos in total for the price of £195. We also asked if me and my cousin could have a few minutes to speak alone so we could come to a decision if it was worth buying. But yet again she told us we had nothing to worry about, and that's the only price she could do us. After a long think, me and my cousin said £195 between us is £97.50 and over 6 months it's not a lot and it suits out budget. So the price was finanalised, she then passed us on to another woman at the reception which took our bank details. My cousins card didn't show her account number so they couldn't take her details, I agreed with my cousin that the payment was okay to be taken out of my account and she couldn't do me transfers every month. The person I am I trust easily and I was lead to believe this is what the woman who showed us the pictures would tell the receptionist who took our bank details it would be £195 between us. After 2 weeks I received a letter through post stating the direct debits totalling double the price, it stated we owed them £390 in total. First we received shocking service and them to be charged double. My cousin then rang up and asked that they'd been mistaken the guy at the end of the line was very rude and asked he'd look in to it and will get back to us, we never received a call back from them. I then emailed the customer service and they got back to me saying sorry the for the service provided as the order has gone through and items been despatched we cannot cancel you're order. I feel as we've been treated very unfairly we had been there for over 6 hours when it should have been between 3-4 hours. No customer service at all I'm actually quite disgusted, my cousin had a good intention and I really appreciate her thoughts. But to have been treated like this was very unfortunate. I will not be forking out £390 so I have decided to cancel my direct debit. As they haven't been asked to get back to us. I would never recommend this to someone I hate. They trick you and make you feel unworthy. They provide the lowest of services.

Never again a complete waste of money. I arrived at the salon with friends and after waiting a hour finally got seen to,the girl applied my make up on top of my existing make up which I can honestly say I looked better on arrival, I looked like ru Paul by the time I left. My nail varnish was all over the place, considering we had travelled here to be cheered up after a couple of bad weeks, we left with no photo shoot as payed for because the girls where running so behind , and the embrassment of walking out of the salon like Roy croppers wife wasn't what we really wanted, won'the go again will not recommend to family or friends just a bad experience from beginning to end

Was told I need to leave a £20 deposit, and as soon as we attend to email them to get a refund on the deposit. As soon as we attended the next day i emailed and 2 weeks later i have still not had a reply - looks like i won't be getting my deposit back!! But that is just the start..... Turned up and we was told it would last 3-4 hours, we was obviously the last booking of the day as it was all very very rushed, i got my nails painted, half the paint was on my skin, then had my hair done, half of my hair was curly, other half straight. Make up was done nothing like I requested and could tell she was in a rush to get home as as soon as my makeup was finished she quickly packed up and striaght out of the door not even asking if I was happy with what she had done. My friend who also came with me, her hair was great - but makeup was very very rushed. Half of her forehead had no foundation on it at all, and her eye shadow was all over the place, again as soon as that lady finished doing her makeup she was also straight out of the door. Next was the photos - these were also very rushed, every photo they took they barley looked at it and was very sarcastic regarding the comments "amazing pictures" etc etc (pretty sure I blinked in a couple) but did not retake. Makeup hair and photos were done within a hour and a half was out of the door at 5:30 when our appointment was at 4, not sure how that is a 3-4 hour experience? But the thing they forgot to tell you was that 3-4 hour experience meant waiting 2 hours for the pictures, not sure how waiting around leeds when im not from Leeds is classed as a great experience? Will not reccomend this to anyone!!! Oh and one more thing - was told it would be a "Mac Makeover experience" they did not use mac makeup ONCE.

Was told I was purchasing a large print of my children a princess makeover experience day. I received the information non what I discussed when being sold or Mis sold these vouchers there was no reference to what I was told I was paying for. spoke with number of staff from flawless now six months after the event they refuses to give me back my money although I had spoke to someone back in April and May who told me they was dealing with my complaint. Horrendous experience.

me and a friend went yesterday as a present for her birthday. when we went in it looked so stunning and we thought wow should be good. well all i can say is never again. we waited more than anything it was ridiculous. when we finally had our hair etc done it was completely rushed. my nails were a mess. makeup well i can do better.i felt so uncomfortable with pictures and they didn't even try to calm my nerves or anything.everything was rushed and i don't know why as we were sat around more than anything. then the final bit was when we took into room to be shown the pictures. horrendous. when asked if i liked them i said no.. when asked about purchasing any i said no. i carried on saying no. the lady kept saying we got all these packages etc and you can pay monthly etc and again i said no.... it was like we wouldn't get out of the room and i wouldn't receive my free picture as stated on wowcher or my deposit back. me and my friend were so shocked and felt so small we kind of said yes to get out. thats where they hit us with the price: so expensive. we don't want them and want to cancel direct debit before it starts in september.. they can have the pictures back as i really don't want them. Iam going to see a solictor as i have spoken to one on the phone and they say i have got a case to cancel as we were pressured.... All i wanted was a treat for me and my friend for her birthday as all our time is spent with our children and we wanted to look glamerous. to be honest i failed in that and this ruined it for me and friend. never ever again..

Disgusting Conn that's what flawless are I got a phone call saying i have been reccomenndded by a friend 2 ticets are 30 pound you get hair make up Photo and a glass of wine I asked my friend if she wanted to come as it would be nice to be pampered so along went me and my friend staff wasn't very socialising all looked like young lasses training not professional so of we go for photos we had to go in rooms seperate and at the end got some done together that was that went to view are photos out come the prices i agreed to 1 wich was a 100 and odd new there was something so been talking said its to expensive already set up direct debit and 10 pound deposit so I didn't buy any I asked for my free 1 they gave me my free 1 size of the palm of my hand didn't give my friend 1 of her and didn't get the option to have the free photos of us together which is what we went together for asked for my deposit back told me to email the manegmet I did and no reply still months later absolutely disgusting no-one fall for them beautiful photo shoots edits and things these days are just as good I suppose you do have to do silly things to realise the real outcome tho eh flawless I think your a pile of rubbish

Done a mother daughter shoot today.. Not impressed at all. My daughter could have done my makeup better.. Don't believe for one minute these employees are trained makeup artists and hairdressers.. Felt like a conveyer belt.. Photographers lovely. But it's do as I say. Receptionists dealing with other unhappy customers in front of everyone... Very Unproffesional And what's with the take the make up off before you leave...wasnt problem for me as mine looked horrible anyway. And the prices..think of a number and quadruple it.. My daughter loved it.. I wouldn't recommend..theres much better company's out there that would be more professional and reasonable with pricing.. Oh..and my Refundable deposit wasn't knocked off what I purchased.. Disgruntled is an understatement...

On arrival we we'd told to take a seat and someone would come to us ,they did then waited again to all be seated for make up Here goes the lady who did mine was fantastic The lady who did my youngest daughter was terrible not professional at all looked shocking had to be sorted by Other makeup artist who did my eldest daughter makeup Nails (mini manacure) what a mess a 2 year old could do better Photographer was great photos stunning However the price for photos was redicilous the lady who shown us was pushy and rude I would say if u charge something in region of £199 on disc for photos u will sell a lot more Wine and chocolate ? We gone none as advertised in our package Not a happy person I reali wanted more photos

Difficulty finding the place. manicure was rushed. just slapped nail polish on . hair rushed and curls dropped in minuits. make up hmmm . the staff need to learn how to be curtious . would not go again

Ok so let me give you a real review on Flawless. On the outside it looks classy and professional but I walked in and immediately thought I had accidentally walked in on a back alley salon. Women were there being made up and the waiting area was direct ajacent. Not very professional looking. Perfect place for a just starting out beauty therapist. Next the girl who did my nails rushed and was not very good at all in paying attention to details. For example I already had nail polish on, beauty 101 remove all other substance first and clean nails. None of this was done. Began with French tip which I'm sorry looked awful and so changed colour and decided an all Over which instead of cleaning and starting again just put the colour on top. Needless to say despite spray this did not set and as soon as time to change all were smudged. Make up on my complexion is not clear anyway but where smoky eyes were requested this was obviously not her fortay. Ended up with black circles around my eyes as if I'd not slept in days. Hair - mine was already nice and instead of tidying up she attenpted something that made Me lose all my style and I ended up having to take the straighter from her and do it myself. So in essence nails horrible, hair shoddy and makeup sigh! Then to make matters worse by the time we got upstairs, I don't mind direction and staging but I was in there 30 mins tops. Pics taken were quick, I was not given time to say I'm ready and it made the experience INCREDIBLY cheap! I spent more time picking out my outfit then having it on and I was the last customer!!!!! As if someone left something in the oven at home! In the screening room I soon showed the very posh woman who was nice but I had money, I don't think she would have been too good if I was broke. Don't get me wrong I give it 1-2 started. PURELY because the air brushed literally pulled a rabbit out of their hat and made a few miracle shots unfortunately as a professional I know when my hair is out of place or smile shot seems forced or off guard the whole picture is ruined and so I shocked the woman by getting my photos from 65 to 10, 5 of which I wouldn't even really give the time of day. Purchased the 390 pack ONLY cause the woman could see she was losing a deal and offered me 10 cd instead of 8. Overall no thank you. I'll hire the air brusher for myself and sack the rest and DIY. If you don't have real money, if your looking for a spa type time taken experience this is NOT the company you want.

So I've just got back from a morning in the flawless studio in Leeds. I have come home and scrubbed my face, my sister has done the same. I felt like everyone was looking at me on the way back home because of how horrific my make up was. Smoky eye effect, left me with black eyeshadow up to my eyebrows. Really ? We were welcomed by a nice girl, all seemed well and good, drinks offered and taken to the hair and make up bit of the room. I sat down for my mini manicure, this consisted of me choosing a colour and she literally slapped it on, no filing no cuticle oil, nothing. I had my make up done I ended up just agreeing with the look because nothing would salvage it. My hair was good, I did like that. We were then taken up stairs to be shown where to get changed and where we would have our photos. The photographers were good and the end results were ok. We then had to wait an hour before we could see our pictures. We were offered another drink of 'wine' which tasted as though it was of the cheapest brand, or watered down: it was horrible. This girl then showed us our photos, they were photoshopped to high hell because my smokey eye effect disappeared in the pictures. The prices were horrendous, one package cost over £1000, the lowest around £300. You receive one free picture each, you can't have a free one of the pair of you it has to be a single image of yourself. I then felt pressured into buying one, I paid £69 for one 7x5 image, printed from an instant printer or something along the line, she literally did that sat in the same room, someone tell me how you can condone such money for something that costs £3 to print. I'm absolutely guttered. I'm not made of money I openly admit that I was expecting £20 a print but you charge £69! They went through finance deals which would of been £29.50 for 6 months! Sitting now I can't believe I've paid it but what's the point of having the photos done and not being able to have one. I recommend this to no one it is a huge huge money scheme and if I can take it further I will be, I 100% want my money back. I tried cancelling this a few weeks ago as my friend couldn't go anymore, I was informed I couldn't have my money back because it's been over 3 week since I'd made my booking. Absolute joke, you are a very unprofessional business. As for professional make up artists I suggest they go back on a course. So to sum it up don't waste your time and money on something that will make you want to hang your head in shame!

Went to this place was expecting hair and makeup to be good tbh horrible can do better job myself.rude and ignorant staff rushed the job made a mess I had to do my makeup again. Don't waste your time horrible place workers with poor skills.

Took my mum as a girlie treat for us both as we both had a day off work. Thought it would be nice and chilled but was completely opposite, everything about the experience was rushed. Couldn't do anything with my hair as didn't have anything to cater for curly hair and as for the make up, I ended up doing touch ups my self as was not happy at all. Also my mums nail varnish smudged as they did not give it time to dry before getting changed and did not do any touch ups. Photo shoot was all staged, couldn't do anything natural and just enjoy your self doing them. First woman was rude and made you feel quite uncomfortable. A major downfall was the fact we did not have many pictures taken together.  In the end the woman who viewed the pictures with us made you feel pressured into having the pictures which I refused after was told the crazy prices, considering I did not like most of them. Ended up just having our free pictures but could not pick the ones of us together. Overall I would not recommend this to anyone.

The girls that did our hair and makeup were lovely, but me and my friend were sat there for a couple of hours before we even got spoke to! We thought it was going to be a lovely pamper day but it wasnt.  Then when it came to reviewing our pictures we was made to feel really uncomfortable and pressurised into spending hundreds of pounds. But because of the way we was treated we didnt buy any, and because we said no we the lady looked down at her nose at us. What was suppose to be a nice day turned into a disaster! Never ever again!
