Email from Wonderbooth when I had asked for my £64 back from a mistaken overpayment. Even after I gave him additional time to pay me back, at his request: "I'm actually selling the business because it's just not worth the stress anymore. Prices are being driven down by idiot people that don't understand what it actually costs to sustain a business like this. Anyway I'm glad you got your money in the end."

Really disappointed with the service we received, so many of our guests commented on how rude and miserable the member of staff on duty was. He also failed to tell the majority of the guests about the video messaging so we only have a handful of video messages which we had obviously paid for. The only positive was the picture quality is amazing.
