Avoid This Company At All Costs

If i could rate this company no stars i would .my wedding was on the 7th august 2019.i started to get a little uneasy when all i was getting was generated emails that everyone else was getting so i tried to contact them to be told someone will call you back (no one ever did) i tried to email them again suprise get nothing back.we were now a month away from our wedding to recieve an email saying if we want the keyrings 2 weeks before we have to pay 14.99 so like a fool i paid it as they were favours.in the email it stated they come bagged and with tags.i also recieved an email about paying 30 pound for the photobook that was included in our package at this point i refused to pay it ..i was sent a basic brown binder.well a week before wedding no keyrings so i try to call again to get a dead tone,i email and get a snotty response saying ive had communication all the way through my booking and they will look into keyrings,in reality out of the hole over a year id been booked with them id recieved 1 email that wasnt generated and had id say 2 phone calls and thats maybe me been generous.at this point i dont even know if they are going to turn up and im in full panic mode so hand it all to my best woman to sort.she emails to recieve rude ones back,she calls to be told we need 48 hours and someone will get back to you.now its the day before wedding still nothing..day of wedding 2 hours before an amazon box arrives with keyrings no bags no tags.they turn up over an hour after i stated set up time was and told my best woman they were leaving early,her response was your not leaving your here until midnight.the booth ran slow all night and at times froze ,the props wernt left after.i cant realy fault the guy who came he was trying to work with the faulty equipment he was provided with and has to make his living somewhere.brides please listen when i say avoid avoid avoid ,this company is out for your money they dont care about your special day or if the service they provide is any good .the company is a sesspool of filth.oh and one last thing when you try and confront them about their bad services they block you from contacting them.

I Couldn't Recommend This Company Enough

Thank you so much for adding that extra bit of fun on our wedding day! All the guests absolutely loved it and when we woke up the next morning and looked at our guest book we knew it was money well spent, we couldn't stop laughing!! The hosts were fantastic, I couldn't recommend this company enough. Thank you again xx

Very Disappointing

Whilst the attendant was a nice guy unfortunately the aftercare service leaves a lot to be desired. We chose Giggle Booth due to the video message function. Despite numerous guests telling me they had recorded video messages we were very disappointed when we (finally) received our online gallery that there were no video messages. I raised this with the customer services team and was told none were recorded and no technical issues were recorded. When I questioned this further I was told that all of our guests must have done it wrong and selected a playback function instead- I refuse to believe that every single one of my guests got it wrong. I was told on 16th Jouly that they would ask the tech team to check this again but have not heard from them since. They cover themselves in the terms and conditions stating the video function is an uncharged extra and they accept no responsibility for any equipment failure in this regard.

My experience suggests they are very quick (pretty much instant) to reply to queries before you book but once they have your money you are no longer a priority. We chose Giggle Booth (who were more expensive than other quotes) due to the video function and feel very let down by the results. It also took 5 weeks for the gallery to be uploaded and made available online- we got a full set of over 700 fully edited, professional photos in less time! My advice, don't choose Giggle Booth merely for the video function. Go with a cheaper company and ask someone to record the messages for you as it is very upsetting to have messages from the most important day of your life "missing" and for the company to refuse to accept there has even been a technical issue.

We’d Definitely, Definitely Recommend Them!

They were absolute stars! They communicated with us throughout the entire process and our photo booth went off without a hitch on the day!! Our guests had such a brilliant time and we were thrilled to be able to keep the props.

We were given key rings for our guests to take home and even had a guest book that guests were able to sign and put their pictures in.

They even managed to get a picture of us on our special day and put it into a keyring that we both have a copy of on our keys!

We were a bit nervous about using Giggle Booth at first after finding them (a their too good to be true offer) on Facebook. But after reading through reviews we thought they’d be great.

Happy to say that our expectations were exceeded and we’d definitely, definitely recommend them!

Amazing - 5 Star Service

Giggle booth were brilliant and I would highly recommend them! He was fantastic - he answered any email queries quickly, gave us a brilliant pre-event consultation and was fantastic on the night. Our giggle booth was hugely popular with our guests and had a constant queue for most of the evening! Our memory book and disc are fantastic keepsakes from our big day and show just how much fun everyone had :-)

Appalling Customer Service....

This company deserves a zero rating for it’s rude and unprofessional customer service. After enquiring about this company’s services for my upcoming wedding, the response i received was appalling. I am glad i didn’t spend my money with this company, i will be taking my business to another company who value their customers.

Good But Could Be Better

The Giggle Booth Host was good and helpful. The photo sizes would be good if we're bigger, it cost too much to upgrade the size when you have paid £500 already. 6x4 or 5x3 with couple of keyring size photos on the side would be good, give the guest a gift (keep sake) plus a photo for the guest book.

The booth was too small fine for children but big adults when you want a group photo was too small.

The green screen was good, overall was good fun and good to look back on.

Amazing Addition To Our Wedding.

I can only say how brilliant our giggle booth was. We booked our booth through Giggle-Booth Kent and they have been totally amazing. I would definately use them again for any party. the guys I dealt with were so helpful in guiding us through choosing the layouts for the prints and everything was so smooth. On the day they were punctual and were always there for any assistance if needed. They were so accomodating for the children as well who loved it in there. We never felt like they were looking to finish and stayed well passed the DJ (I think they were having as much fun as we were).

I would recommend them for anyone looking for a booth in the south east.

Omg Amazing

Omg amazing!! From start to finished giggle box had been amazing! The service was fantastic and the key ring idea as my favours went down a treat!! I would 110% recommend them to everyone. And Jill is so kind and helpful!! Thank you again giggle box

Extremely Happy!

Firstly I'd just like to say extremely happy we were with the giggle booth, everyone really enjoyed it after we managed to get the kids out. Secondly I cannot remember the man's name that was there that evening but he done an amazing job, very professional and polite if you do know who was sent can you pass on thanks to him also. The only thing I do have to ask. There was guests that recorded a few messages and we would love to be able to hear them. How do I go about getting the dvd to listen to them please?
