The photo and the quality were good - Have used dreastime before but I found it rather expensive this time for one image. I appreciate that you would like me to subscribe... I think I have 7 credits and purchased more when I went to down load the image it was 17 credits for a medium image... very disappointed as I could have paid the same amount again and got 5 images on other sites... I think in the end it worked out at £17 for a medium image… Read Full Review

“Deceitful wording when presenting the credit packages”

The credit packages say, "11 credits ... up to 11 images." Then I try to purchase the smallest of the small size, 72 dpi, not print quality image and it costs 11 credits. So I paid $14.99 for a single, low resolution image. Nice. Will not be back. Then I believe the only option available to purchase that smallest "package" (which only buys less than 1 image) was to AUTO-subscribe to a MONTHLY package. Not human-friendly. “Can't re download (TCO is huge) - better off with BigStock”

I have been a customer of dreamstime for years (over 300 downloads) and just jumped ships to BigStockPhoto because I can't redownload image after 24 hours in dreamstime. Few years ago, that was okay but now with other better options, haven't gone back to dreamstime since. If I like something, purchase it but don't download it, after 24 hours I have to either reach out to support.
