It showed one charge for the image before I purchased the credits and then after I purchased, it went up. The customer service was horrible. She said it was because the first price was for new customers...I AM A NEW CUSTOMER but I had to create an account to buy the credits...so that makes me no longer a new customer?! Then they replied with..."Well we have no way to verify that it was first charging 11 credits" They don't know their own promotions?
