Very Unprofessional Company...
I have had two very negative experiences with Depositphotos. First, I fell victim to the same issue that many others have complained about: they set up an auto-renew at the end of every month without making it clear. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau (where there are PLENTY of other complaints registered!) before they agreed to refund the second month. Secondly, my most recent subscription was supposed to run through June 18th, and most people would assume that means midnight of 6/18. They made my account inactive at around 6:00 p.m. on the 18th. When I complained, they said that they went by exactly what time of day I had started my subscription even though there is no mention of that on their site. The customer service rep I communicated with clearly does not understand the term "customer service." They are a very unprofessional company.

Depositphotos Have Rooked Me Out For $483
Depositphotos have charged my card for 7 months $483 without my knowledge and for a service which I did not use.
It was not made clear to me when I signed up that I was actually going to be paying a monthly subscription. There is also no obvious "cancel" button.
When I signed up to depositphotos, I thought I was purchasing access for a month. There is nothing written anywhere on the website that says you are purchasing a monthly subscription, only that you get access for x number of dollars to Y number of images, per day for a month. After the first month, I did not use this service as I thought it had expired.
If you look on the website in the account area, there is no simple way to cancel your subscription. There is no button to click on saying "cancel". Now, when I emailed for a refund and asking to cancel my subscription, then the customer service representative told me that I had to actually click on a green circle and this was not a labelled button, it would like a regular shape to anyone and they have rooked me out of $483, took my money and now refuse to refund it.
If I had been downloading images, I can understand not getting a refund. If I actually used their service, I can understand not getting a refund. But I did not use anything from them, nor did they take any expense because of me.

Customer Service Has Taken Over & That Is Not A Good Thing!
Hideous, Hideous, Awful customer service!! I have never been treated so poorly by someone in Customer Service!! The online service rep's say they are in the USA but do not have good English, speak very rudely & are never able to help with anything? The advisor should be ashamed of herself!! Her leadership skills add up to one big rubbish site!! Do not fall into the same trap the rest of us have here. The 5 STARS they have gotten are from their own people. The positive reviews are all from the same time period + no one ever talks good about this company (with good reason) & one even used their first name as Deposit?? lol That shows you how smart their CSRs are & how dumb this person r is. Hey, why not try what other companies doing business in the USA do......provide good service! Or at least start out with HONEST service. You do not offer either. : (

Buy Cheap Pay Twice
I purchased a ONE-month subscription service from Depositohotos. There was no indication that this subscription would be renewed monthly, no email, no notification, nothing. When I saw that my credit card had been charged another $69.00 in April, I immediately contacted the company on their online customer chat and spoke with someone named "Sheena." She basically told me that I had bought a renewable subscription. Finally, she agreed to contact their Financial Department to see what they could do for me. She said that she would get back to me the following day. It is now May 2014, and I never heard from her. There may indeed be something in the very tiny fine print that says that the charge will be renewed monthly, but I have screenshots of the order form I filled out and the receipt I received from them, and nowhere is it mentioned that the charge will renew.

Never Again
I was charged a monthly subscription fee three months in a row without any notification or my agreement.
In January I signed up for Depositphotos monthly $69 subscription and after I had downloaded the photos I needed I stopped visiting the website.
A few days ago I realized that they had charged me the same fee in February, March, and April! I contacted their customer service and I received an email that they cannot refund the money back to me but they can issue me a $69 credit that will not expire and I can use at a later date. Well, I don't need these credits, and it's only logical because I never requested the subscription to be renewed automatically. I never opted in and customers should be notified beforehand so they can react and stop it if they want to. I see this as a practice that's misleading and unfair to the customer and they need to correct it. I gave Depositphotos a chance to fix it before I report and review them but here we are.
Recommend anyone to stay away from Depositphotos, you will not regret!

Depositphotos Is Dangling Discount Promo Code To Lure Users
On 1st April I've received an email with a 15% discount promo code" from depositphotos.com
I have signed up and subscribed for 100 images per day which they charged me $560.15 using skrill payment method.

Note: I have everything screenshots, invoice, payment info, voice recording, and all emails
After 3 days they blocked my account for no reason, without even sending me a notice or warning. I tried to contact them but no one answered my call I contact their live support, the only message I got from them was "Please, write to their email address"
All emails and phone calls to seek an explanation have been ignored. And any attempt to highlight complaints on their Facebook page leads to an immediate ban.
I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) against them and I hope they will help me to solve this problem and get my money back

Worst Online Experience Ever
Last month I purchased 150 credits pack, I've only used 12 of 150 credits but on Friday when I logged in into my account I found no credits available to my account.
I asked live support for help and she said "There is nothing I can do for you, write to [email protected]" only shows incompetence.
Honestly I will never ever suggest this to anyone to use Depositphotos as a Micro-Stock Photo Agency
They do not care about their customers and treat them extremely poor. Since then I have had no response. I have called them again. On the phone I got a very rude person who refused to help.
Needless to say, I am long past 2 business days and my issue is not resolved.
I did not receive my remaining credits. However, they sent me a new email of 20% discount to purchase a new credit pack.
I will be contacting the authorities and ombudsman if I do not get access to my money very soon.

Just like they did me.
I signed up for a "free trial" and realized shortly after that I didn't want their tacky photos, even if they were free of charge for 7 days. I emailed customer support (since there are no methods or instructions on their site on how to cancel when you paid with credit card) and they said they would cancel it for me. Lies. They didn't. I was charged for a full month's subscription for a website I didn't even use!
I contacted them again explaining my situation and they essentially said "Boo-boo, tough luck. Here's a link to our refund policy that proves why you're wrong."
Save yourself the trouble and keep away from them.
Criminal
I purchased one month and they charged me for three. I immediately contacted them after the first month was up, to ensure there would be no future charges, but they neither responded to my email nor picked up the phone any of the times I called. I have finally been able to make contact with them, but they are refusing to refund the two months that were unusued and unauthorized. Very poor customer service and business practice.
