TV, broadband and phone are all average, no major problems but nothing special.

Customer service is abysmal. They aren't interested in keeping customers by providing a good service and maintaining good customer relations, they are only interested in taking your money.

Be very wary about 'special offers', even if you have been a loyal customer, the only time that they will offer special deals is to trap you into a new contract (which they won't make sure that you are aware of when they offer you the 'deal').
