We moved house on the 8th march 2017 we had virgin broadband/phone already so decided to take it to our new home the virgin tec guy came to fit it the broadband works ok but he said there was a fault on the phone line 5 weeks later and after £15 on calls we are still without a phone line cancelled the service just waiting to hear what happens now
