“verry bad virgin service”

I phoned virgin to enquire about their packages I was with sky at that time, brilliant company. Virgin sold me a package told me to cancel sky so I did. Installation date was 13/01/17 between 1 and 6 pm took 1/2 day holiday, they came did not do installation because of a problem with the cable. Was told someone will ring me next day or Monday, no call. Rung on them Monday what's going on was given 01/02/17, 8 and 6 pm took a days holiday in the meanwhile got a letter from them problem with my old telephone no cannot transfer to virgin. Reason time for transfer expired 1st came waited no virgin no call back so rung back and cancelled they said ok. Asked for confermation of this in writing still waiting, might go to 3 counties radio for a resolve, now I even get the mickey taken at work ie should have gone with someone with more experience and not virgin
