We were told it would be a "seamless" transition but it has been far from it. The Unicom salesman said that they would deal with BT and transfer everything but alas three months later we have received a bill from BT for over £100.
When I phoned Unicom the customer service person was short and repeatedly explained the same thing which I was already aware of.
DO NOT switch it is not worth it and you don't save ANY money.
